Oops, missed these.

October 6, 2009 Looked at books. She showed us the bracelet she brought to school, then she let Gracyn see it. Played with Gracyn and the cars after Circle Time. Ate a leisurely lunch, chatting with Cole. Outside she was Arielle for a while. Played very nicely with everyone!

Nap: Restless.
Behavior: Wow! Helpful.

She talked about seeing a duck race at the fair. Enjoyed playing in the dollhouse. Showed us the bruise on her chin, said she hit her dad's car with her chin. Ouch! Played on the outskirts of the kitchen, looking at books. She loved being in the big kitchen, stirring and mixing. (They made pumpkin bread) Outside she ruled from the top of the playground - the girls had fun being various princesses.
Nap: Rested
Behavior: Wow! Take charge!

Proud of her little pumpkin, which was bigger than the other one we have! Leah read some books to her (Ms. Jill's daughter) - she loved it! After we cut Grey's pumpkin open, Noelle wanted us to cut hers, so we did. We'll roast the seeds to eat on Thursday.

Behavior: Wow! Good manners.

Looked at books. Sang the Fish Song at Circle Time. Loved using glue, even though she didn't have permission. She did a good job with it, anyway. All's well. She was great at having her picture taken - smiled and used excellent manners. Glad she was here to show the way for the others.

Behavior: Wow! Leader

Didn't join Circle Time - she stayed to herself. :( Perked up and played in the kitchen with Cole & Declan. Line leader today - great job! Noelle and James Patrick had a nice chat at lunch and were hoping to play at each other's houses! Love to see her smile. Responds readily to positive reinforcement.

Behavior: Wow! Sparkling and sweet

She liked looking at many buttons in our button jar. Helped Cole look for the pizza in the kitchen. She had fun making her paper bag puppet, It has yellow hair like Noelle. Noelle said she doesn't really like the macaroni in her lunch, but she did like the peas. No problem! Eat those peas!

Behavior: Wow! Caring friend - When Cole was hurt, Noelle consoled him.

Jaime, I love reading these reports!! Noelle cracks me up. It's so fun to read about her day and wonder which traits she gets from Mom and which from Dad. :) What type of preschool program do you have her in? It sounds great! I've been staying home with our girls now for a little more than a month, and honestly, there are days that I think work was easier!

She goes to a local church Parent's Day Out, T/Th 9-2. She loves it, and we both do better with some time apart!
